Sales Engineer – YORK Chillers

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell YORK air-cooled and water-cooled chillers to HVAC consultants, contractors, and end customers. The role involves technical sales, project coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads for YORK chillers and related HVAC equipment.
• Prepare a product presentations.
• Conduct site visits for requirement gathering and sizing of chiller systems.
• Collaborate with OEM and internal service teams for project execution and customer support.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants, contractors, and facility owners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, compressors, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
