Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned region.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks; onboard new industrial clients.
• Conduct product demos, trials, and provide basic technical support.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-users to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate in product launches, dealer meets, and industry exhibitions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
