Experience- 3-5years in Welding Industry Education- B Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Sales Engineer with hands on experience in the welding Industry. The candidate will be responsible for the B2B sales. good knowledge of Dealer management, Product promotion and key customers. A strong knowledge of Welding technologies and application essential is essential Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Manage dealer networks and chanel partners for business growth Drive B2BSales, new business oppertunities in industrial segments. Prepare And deliver presentations and product demos to the clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities. Work closely with product team to align sales strategies and product capabilities. Strong knowledge of welding processes, consumables and equipment. Proficient in word, excel, Powerpoint. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within the asigned teritory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Welding Technology: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
