As part of the TANDS Project field team in Gorakhpur, you will be joining a growth story and playing a crucial role in sales within the construction chemicals industry. We are looking for a sales professional with a minimum of 13 years of experience in this sector, who is adept at working across various infra projects, industrial units, and township developments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with site teams for OEM technical testing of products from reputed brands like Fosroc, SIKA, MYK, JSW, MAPEI, GRIL. - Ensure a regular and timely supply of certified products with necessary delivery support. - Maintain a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and build strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in projects. - Utilize your experience and connections with infra leaders such as NHAI, CPWD, L&T, and Cube Highways to add value to the projects. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Sc in Science or Chemistry, Civil Diploma, or B.Tech degree. - Previous experience in field sales related to waterproofing, admixtures, or grouting materials. - Established rapport with local contractors, Public Works Department (PWD) divisions, or consultants.
