Sales Engineer - Security Systems Integration

As a Senior Engineer - Projects & Support, you will lead the design, implementation, and handover of Fire Safety and IBMS solutions for high-value enterprise clients. This role demands technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for Fire Safety & IBMS systems across locations.

Work with PMC, architects, consultants, and internal teams from scope finalization to handover.

Design suppression systems and configure panels across leading OEMs.

Manage multi-location, networked safety deployments including Data Centres.

Handle budgets, resource planning, documentation, training, and client communication

Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance throughout project lifecycle.

Maintain project governance including progress tracking, risk control, and escalation handling.

Stay updated on emerging fire safety and smart building technologies.

What You Bring

Deep experience in Fire Alarm, Suppression, and IBMS project execution.

Proven track record in handling large-scale enterprise deployments.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Hands-on ability with tools like AutoCAD, Excel, and preferably Power BI.

Professional presence and the ability to represent VELAN in senior client meetings.
