We are a Food Processing Manufacturing Company specializing in Garlic Peeling and Cashew Processing Machineries. We are looking for a Tele calling Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries and provide product details to potential customers. This role does not involve target-based sales but requires effective communication and coordination with interested clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms likeYouTube, Just dial, Indiamart, etc.
Communicate with potential customers via phone and email to provide details about product capacity, pricing, and usage.
Convince potential customers to visit the company for a product demonstration (if possible).
Maintain a database of leads and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with the sales manager when a customer plans to visit then company for further discussions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
