About QCoreSecure

QCoreSecure (www.qcoresecure.com) is a Quantum Security company delivering true, hardware-generated randomness using a patented Silicon-Photonics QRNG technology developed with IIT Madras. Our platform provides ultra-secure, high-throughput quantum randomness through a cloud API and in-premise appliances, enabling banks, fintech companies, payment systems, cybersecurity platforms, gaming providers, and critical infrastructure to strengthen encryption, authentication, and digital identity.

We are at the early stage of commercial rollout and are expanding our technical sales capability.

About the Role

Sales Engineer Quantum Security

You will play a key role in explaining QCoreSecure’s value, supporting POCs, preparing technical material, and building trusted relationships with enterprise security teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects across banking, fintech, cybersecurity vendors, telecom, and cloud service providers to explain QCoreSecure’s QRNG technology and its security benefits.
  • Conduct early-stage discovery calls to understand customer security architecture, encryption workflows, and potential integration points.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs (training provided on quantum randomness and our platform).
  • Assist in technical qualification and support initial POCs, lab evaluations, or sandbox trials.
  • Coordinate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into requirements and feedback.
  • Help draft solution briefs, integration notes, technical proposals, and security responses.
  • Build and maintain a well-structured CRM pipeline with accurate tracking of customer interactions and technical status.
  • Research target accounts and identify opportunities for adoption of quantum randomness for encryption, authentication, key generation, or critical system security.
  • Participate in customer follow-ups, correspondence, and next-step coordination with internal teams.
  • Support marketing and BD during events, webinars, and industry outreach initiatives.
  • Develop strong knowledge of entropy generation, cryptographic randomness, APIs, cloud security, and enterprise security workflows (full training provided).

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution engineering in cybersecurity, encryption products, SaaS security, networking, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of one or more security domains:
    • Encryption / cryptography fundamentals
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • PKI, certificate management
    • Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
    • Key Management Systems (KMS)
    • API-based security integrations
  • Ability to understand customer architectures, threat models, and security workflows.
  • Comfortable discussing topics with security teams (authentication, key generation, randomness, compliance requirements).
  • Strong communication—can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting POCs, demos, solution trials, or integration workshops.
  • Familiarity with BFSI, fintech, telecom, or cybersecurity vendor environments is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with API products or security integrations is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

  • BE / BTech

    in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related engineering fields.
  • Additional certifications in cybersecurity, cloud, or networking (e.g., CCNA, Security+, CISSP modules, cloud certifications) are a plus.

  • Strong interest in encryption, randomness, cryptographic hardware, or emerging quantum-safe technologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and communicate them simply.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and disciplined with CRM and follow-up processes.
  • Eager to grow into a larger customer-facing or technical leadership role as the product evolves.
