Sales Engineer (Pumps & water solutions)

Summary

• You will be responsible for retaining current customers as well as developing and attracting new customers.

• Responsible for specifying and selling current and new products (Pumps & water solutions) in domestic and commercial buildings, keeping abreast of new technologies, recommending/sharing changes and trends seen in the field and meeting sales goals.

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the agreed sales and margin targets within given timeframes.

• To follow all process compliance required by the company like CRM, estimates, project trackers, invoices, and other data entry requirements.

• Leading and assisting with Customer visits and meetings, information gathering to provide solutions for customer problem, and follow-ups to close the deals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate Mechanical/electrical Engineer or Diploma Holder in Mechanical/electricals with minimum 2-3 years of experience, knowledge of Pump Industries.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Good track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability

• Strong connection with end user, consultant, contractor, and potential customers.

• Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.
