Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Chennai for a Manager - Sales (Pumps & Water Solutions). The manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing business plans, and driving customer service initiatives. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, strategizing sales approaches, managing customer relationships, and providing support to ensure the most energy-efficient pumping solutions are delivered to clients. Qualifications Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficient Analytical Skills for market and trend analysis Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pumping solutions or related industry Ability to work collaboratively and lead a sales team effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
