Sales Engineer (Pumps & water solutions)

You will be responsible for retaining current customers as well as developing and attracting new customers. You will be responsible for specifying and selling current and new products (Pumps & water solutions) in domestic and commercial buildings. It is important to keep abreast of new technologies, recommend/share changes and trends seen in the field, and work towards meeting sales goals. - Achieve or exceed the agreed sales and margin targets within given timeframes. - Follow all process compliance required by the company like CRM, estimates, project trackers, invoices, and other data entry requirements. - Lead and assist with Customer visits and meetings, gather information to provide solutions for customer problems, and follow-up to close the deals. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Mechanical/electrical Engineer or Diploma Holder in Mechanical/electricals with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Pump Industries. - Excellent verbal and communication skills. - Good track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability. - Strong connection with end users, consultants, contractors, and potential customers. - Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.
