sales engineer

Qualification:

• Diploma/Be/B Tech in Electronics & Communication
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in Power Electronics)

Job profile:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails
• Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Prepare accurate and timely cost calculations and provide customer quotations
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with internal teams to negotiate on price, delivery timelines, and product specifications
• Advise customers on upcoming product developments and promotional campaigns
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress
• Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities
• Maintain sales and order records and regularly update the reporting manager
• Review personal sales performance with a goal of exceeding targets
• Must have experience dealing with clients such as the Indian Air Force, Indian Army, DMRC, Indian Railways, HAL, RDSO, ONGC, Government Projects, IITs, etc
