Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and field visits in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, contractors, OEMs, and consultants.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions from the product portfolio (Gensets, Transformers, Machinery, etc.).
Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
23 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries (Gensets, Transformers, Industrial Equipment).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in or willing to commute to
Delhi, Noida
