As a Sales & Technical Sales Engineer for Packaging Machinery/Capital Equipment, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth in the Hyderabad, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, and Bangalore regions. Your primary responsibility will be to exceed sales targets by leveraging your experience in the printing industry, particularly in selling capital equipment or consumables. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional sales acumen, adept customer relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales to meet and surpass targets in terms of both quantity and revenue, fostering and nurturing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding client needs through regular interactions and providing customized solutions, acquiring an in-depth understanding of company products and industry trends, conducting market research to uncover new business prospects, maintaining updated reports in the CRM system, representing the company at various industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery, and upholding a high level of professionalism in customer interactions and negotiations. To be successful in this role, you should possess 3 to 5 years of Sales & Technical Sales experience in the printing/packaging industry, with a focus on capital equipment sales and allied/captive equipment sales. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office applications is essential, along with a good understanding of the geographical landscape of the entire West Region market. Your willingness to work towards both short-term and long-term career goals will be crucial for your success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a degree in any Graduate/MBA/B.Tech. in printing and packaging or a diploma in printing and packaging to qualify for this role.
