Ltd. is a leading distributor and service provider of advanced analy¢cal instruments and laser systems. We exclusively represent reputed interna¢onal OEMs such as Spectro (Germany), ISPXRF (South Korea) for XRF analyzers, and ACI Laser (Germany) for laser engraving machines. Our instruments cater to diverse industrial applica¢ons including RoHS compliance tes¢ng, pla¢ng thickness measurement, inline process customiza¢on (XRF), and high end laser engraving solu¢ons.

Job Role


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Applica¢on Engineer to drive business development across India. The role involves managing sales, pre-sales technical support, applica¢on demonstra¢on, and customer rela¢onship management for our range of instruments. This posi¢on is based in Bangalore, but requires extensive travel across India. Key Responsibili¢es Promote and sell industrial analy¢cal instruments (XRF analyzers, pla¢ng thickness systems, inline customized solu¢ons) and laser engraving machines (Except jewellery market) across India. Conduct product demonstra¢ons, applica¢on studies, and technical presenta¢ons at customer sites. Generate leads through direct interac¢on, exhibi¢ons, and channel partners; manage sales pipeline eec¢vely. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solu¢ons in line with their applica¢ons. Liaise with interna¢onal OEMs for technical clarica¢ons and applica¢on support. Support customers post-installa¢on for training and applica¢on queries. Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and quota¢ons. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy. Maintain strong rela¢onships with exis¢ng customers while iden¢fying new business opportuni¢es. Preferred Candidate Prole Educa¢on: Minimum Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electronics preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial product sales (analy¢cal instruments / capital equipment / laser machines preferred). ¢ Skills & A¢ributes: Strong technical ap¢tude with ability to quickly learn new applica¢ons. Excellent verbal and wri¢en communica¢on skills. Dynamic, agile, and self-mo¢vated with a passion for sales and technology. Ability to travel extensively across India. ¢ Loca¢on: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore. What We Oer Compe¢¢ve salary package (no constraint for the right candidate).
