Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer focused sales professionals to manage the revamp and mid-size cooling tower business. The role involves engaging with industrial customers, understanding their refurbishment or replacement needs, and providing tailored solutions that ensure long-term performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
-Identify and secure large cooling tower projects
-Build strong relationships with EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients
-Lead end-to-end sales cycle including techno-commercial proposals and contract negotiations
-Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
-Travel extensively within your region for client engagement
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor's in mechanical or civil engineering
-5–6 years of industrial sales experience in large cooling tower projects
-Proven track record in winning large-value contracts
-Strong network within EPCs and industrial sectors
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical skills
