Industry: PLC, Drives, SCADA, MCC Panels & Control Systems

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Engineer with proven experience in PLC, VFDs, and industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have an existing network of potential clients (“pocket customers”) and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the automation market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales of PLC, Drives, and Automation systems.

• Bring in new industrial clients through personal connections and market outreach.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation solutions.

• Coordinate with the technical team for quotation preparation and project execution.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Stay updated on latest automation trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in automation or drives.

• Strong technical understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven record of generating leads and closing sales independently.

• Must possess market awareness and own client connections.
