Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent job opening for one of our well known client.

Location- Vadodara, Karnataka, Chennai, Delhi.

Status- Permanent

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Vadodara, Karnataka, Chennai, Delhi

  • Develop a Sales Pipeline of customers and projects to meet sales revenue targets.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify opportunities.

  • Proactively penetrate markets to generate new business.

  • Communicate customer requirements clearly within the company and coordinate sales efforts with other departments.

  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture sales leads.

  • Build trusting relationships based on expertise, integrity, and friendliness.

  • Deliver persuasive formal proposal presentations.

  • Participate in trade shows as assigned.

  • Understand and communicate the benefits of company products and the value of the solutions.

  • Prepare and give persuasive technical presentations to explain to and educate customers how the products and services work and the value the solutions provide.

  • Set and meet Sales Targets.

  • Write persuasive technical and commercial proposals according to company guidelines, including clear technical benefits and advantages of the companys solutions.

  • Negotiate secrecy agreements and terms & conditions of sales in collaboration with management.

  • Issue order confirmations and participate in turnover meetings with project management, product managers, process engineers, purchasing, and administrative staff.

  • Report on sales activities, proposal status, and forecasts.

  • Coordinate customer visits, technical solutions, and pricing with the Service organization to ensure a unified customer approach.

  • Recommend and support laboratory and/or pilot tests.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree in one of the engineering and/or processes fields (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.).

  • Minimum of 5-15 years as project sales engineer.

  • Minimum English level: B2

  • Strong technical knowledge in industries as dairy, beverage, liquid food, home and personal care.

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to convey complex solutions clearly

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • Passion for sales and the technology field.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good leadership and team working skills.

  • Hold a degree in food, mechanical, chemical or process engineering

  • Have experience with technical project sales and long sales processes

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical data and complex engineering systems effectively

  • Understanding of legal documents such as secrecy agreements and terms & conditions for sales of process equipment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products and general computer skills.

  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team setting and independently.

  • Willingness to travel as required for sales assignments and industry functions.
