Sales Engineer

As a Sales Executive at Stamp'IT Robotai & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. | MarknStamp, you will play a crucial role in driving regional sales growth in the Pune region by identifying potential clients, providing technical solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your passion for industrial sales and customer-focused approach will be key in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pune region through cold calls, client meetings, and on-site visits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions. - Prepare and negotiate quotations, close sales, and ensure proper execution of contracts. - Offer after-sales support promptly and address client queries or concerns effectively. - Track sales activity, analyze market trends, and submit periodic performance reports to reporting managers. - Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and train customers and internal stakeholders on product usage and applications. - Update CRM systems regularly with client interactions and progress reports and support junior staff in meeting team targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required. - Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in B2B environments. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. - Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events. - Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred (travel allowance will be provided). - Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office for sales tracking and reporting. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team. - Fluency in English and the local language for effective communication.,
