Sales Engineer-IT System Integration

Role Overview: As a part of TecMates Infocom Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities within target markets. Your responsibilities will include meeting and interacting with customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements and promoting TecMates Infocom's solutions such as Data Centre Solutions, IT Networking & Security, Fire Suppression Systems, Cloud & Virtualisation, AMC & Managed Services, and Hardware & Software Solutions. You will be coordinating with OEMs and internal technical teams to design suitable solutions while maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers and vendors. Achieving designated sales targets, conducting market mapping, competitor analysis, and providing post-sales support coordination will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within target markets. - Meet and interact with customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements. - Promote and position TecMates Infocom's solutions such as: - Data Centre Solutions - IT Networking & Security - Fire Suppression Systems - Cloud & Virtualisation - AMC & Managed Services - Hardware & Software Solutions - Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams to design suitable solutions. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and vendors. - Achieve designated sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities. - Provide post-sales support coordination and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain timely reporting and follow-up mechanisms with management. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and system integration solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them to business proposals. - Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and team player attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
