Role Description

The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves engaging in sales engineering and technical support activities, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and effectively communicating technical information to both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and related technical support
• Excellent sales skills with a focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the manufacturing or welding industry is a plus
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
