Sales Development:
- Identify and generate new leads for fire protection services in both the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including facility managers, safety officers, contractors, and engineers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new contracts and expanding business with existing clients.
Technical Support & Consultation:
- Conduct site surveys and assess client needs for fire protection solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on client requirements, budgets, and industry standards.
- Present and demonstrate fire protection solutions, including fire alarm systems, suppression systems, and emergency lighting.Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and project scope.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-installation issues.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing maintenance or upgrades.
Market Research:
- Keep up to date with the latest fire protection technologies, industry trends, and regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the companys service offerings or expand into new markets.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, emergency lighting, etc.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations, standards (e.g., NFPA, local fire codes), and compliance requirements.
- Ability to assess and understand complex customer requirements and design appropriate fire protection solutions.
Sales Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B or industrial sector.
- Strong ability to present and demonstrate technical products in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- 3+ years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably in the fire protection, safety, or construction industry.
- Previous experience conducting site surveys and working with engineering teams is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, etc.), or a related technical field.
- Certifications in fire protection, safety, or related fields are a plus (e.g., NFPA, FPA).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience in the fire protection services industry or a similar field.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards and local fire codes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
