Sales Engineer – Cylinder Head Components

Location: Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in engine cylinder head components such as engine valves, valve seats, guides, cotters, washers, spring retainers, and valve springs. The role involves developing business in OEM, aftermarket, and export segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in industrial, automotive, marine, and power sectors.

• Promote and sell cylinder head components to OEMs, distributors, and traders.

• Understand technical drawings/specifications and coordinate with production and quality teams.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage customer accounts.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in engine components or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred: Experience with diesel, gas, or marine engine components.
