Sales Engineer (Bus Division)

You will be the preferred candidate with an industry background in Commercial Vehicle/LCV. Your key skills will include air conditioning/refrigeration knowledge, data analysis and documentation, EV vehicle knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Your responsibilities will involve providing technical support to clients to help them resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will document application development processes, procedures, and version histories for transparency and future maintenance. Creating user manuals and training materials to assist clients in effectively using the software applications will also be part of your role. In this position, you will be responsible for client relationship management, implementing new sales strategies, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and organizing sales promotions. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in B.Tech/B.E. and possess 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation/RFQ. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
