Job Description

Job Summary: BSES India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales of heavy earthmoving equipment in the construction and mining sectors. You'll identify leads, provide technical consultations, and manage client relationships and supporting after-sales service. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, market analysis, cold calls, and networking. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and also generating new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences. Offer expert advice on equipment selection based on site and project requirements. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field. Freshers and experienced both are welcome. Strong technical knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel in field.
