BDS Machines (Germany) manufactures made-in-Germany concrete processing machines like Concrete Drilling, Concrete Milling, Concrete Grinding, Concrete Mixers, Wall Chasers, etc. Job Summary: We are looking for Sales Manager and Sales Engineers who play a crucial role in the sales process by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to promote and sell our products. The primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between the technical aspects of the product and the customer's needs. Locations: We are looking for multiple candidates for multiple locations like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin, Assam, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Raipur, Lucknow and Jaipur. Requirement: As a Sales Engineer for Construction Machines, you will be responsible for understanding the technical specifications of our machinery and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and customers to identify solutions that meet the client's requirements. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of machinery and industrial equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
