Sales Engineer – Automation & Control Systems (Mumbai Location Only)

#Sales Engineers - Automation Products (PLC, HMI, VFDs, Control Panel, Motor & Gearboxes etc.)

#Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred)

2) 4-5 years of experience preferably in the automation products e.g. PLC, HMI, VFDs, Control Panel, Gearboxes etc.

3) Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5) Experience with CRM software (a plus)

6) Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into paying customers through effective sales techniques.

7) Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

8) Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales targets.

9) Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions.

10) Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

11) Preparing accurate sales reports and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
