Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and data-driven professional to join Borderless Access as a

    Sales Enablement & Business Analytics Specialist

    . This role bridges business, marketing, and sales functions enabling leadership with the insights, tools, and reporting needed to drive growth and efficiency.
  • The individual will be responsible for managing data systems, analyzing business performance, and creating actionable dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision-making. They will ensure that our sales and marketing teams have the right intelligence to convert opportunities, optimize pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Data Analytics

  • Analyze sales performance metrics including revenue trends, conversion ratios, and pipeline movement across regions and solutions.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support sales enablement from lead conversion patterns to account-level opportunity analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for sales leaders to track progress against KPIs and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Consolidate business data from CRM, marketing platforms, and finance trackers to provide a single source of truth.

Sales Enablement Reporting & Insights

  • Design and automate MIS reports for sales productivity, account growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Track key enablement KPIs such as engagement rates, quota attainment, and lead quality.
  • Support leadership and account teams with ad-hoc analytical requests, territory reviews, and revenue forecasts.
  • Present insights clearly and visually through tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.

Data Management & Quality Control

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all business data across systems.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Identify data gaps, reconcile discrepancies, and improve system integrations for reliable reporting.

Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align data insights with business goals.
  • Contribute to strategic reviews with performance summaries and data-backed recommendations.
  • Act as a key liaison between business teams and technology platforms to enhance data infrastructure and reporting automation.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in sales enablement, business data analysis, or MIS reporting.
  • Strong command of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and SQL for data extraction.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating data into business insights.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing and sales funnel analytics (lead quality, cost per conversion, ROI analysis).
  • Exposure to B2B performance metrics, territory management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and reporting integration frameworks.
