Job Description

1. Sales Director Key Responsibilities: • Establish and expand Haitian Precision’s presence in the Indian machine tool market. • Monitor competitor products and industry developments. • Maintain and grow client relationships; proactively track equipment needs. • Apply strong negotiation skills to capture client priorities and close deals. • Coordinate communication between headquarters, local agents, and customers. • Provide initial machining suggestions tailored to customer products. • Build strong networks with local industry associations and stakeholders. 2. Technical Sales Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Master detailed technical knowledge of the company’s products and services. • Understand and identify customer technical needs, demonstrate product capabilities effectively, and develop customized solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. • Collect customer and market feedback to support product development, working closely with the product management team to align product evolution with market needs. 3. Application Support Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Collect and analyze technical highlights from classic cases within the company and the market. • Provide frontline solutions for application-related technical issues. • Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining the market. • Maintain and optimize existing technical solutions through standardization and modularization.
