Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on residential & commercial solar leads via digital platforms and
field outreach
- Assist in creating and executing local marketing campaigns (festive, seasonal, referral)
- Manage social media content, reels, and engagement aligned with brand tone
- Support CRM updates and customer communication workflows
- Collaborate with founders on storytelling and brand visibility strategies.
Skills & Traits:
- Good communication (Hindi & English), basic digital literacy
- Creative mindset with interest in sustainability and clean energy
- Comfortable working in a startup setup with lean teams and evolving roles
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
