With a strong legacy in retail and a growing digital footprint, we are now expanding our engagement with online consumers and partners.Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined Sales & Digital Leads Intern to be stationed at our Marine Lines store. The intern will be responsible for interacting with all inbound digital leads, following up on queries received via social media, email, and other digital platforms, and converting these into sales through diligent communication, product understanding, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with digital leads received via Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, emails, and website forms.Understand customer needs—both B2C and B2B (wholesalers)—and guide them through product recommendations.Drive conversions by maintaining regular and persuasive follow-ups.Upsell and cross-sell sports products based on customer requirements.Maintain a tracker of all inquiries, interactions, and outcomes.Coordinate with the store and dispatch team for seamless order fulfillment.Provide periodic reporting on digital lead performance and customer insights. Qualifications & Skills: Current undergraduate student or recent graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email correspondence.Strong follow-up ethic and a passion for sales.Interest in sports or prior retail experience is a plus.
