Job Title: Coffee Estate Manager

Job Location: Coffee Estate Hasan & Chikmanglur, Karnataka

Job Type: Full-time

Responsible for carrying out day-to-day activities on the coffee estate including plantation management, crop maintenance, harvesting, processing, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role will also involve supervising workers, maintaining estate infrastructure, and supporting sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising of purchasing plants, sowing, pruning, manuring, weeding, and pest control.
Monitor crop health and soil conditions.
Allocate work to field workers and ensure timely completion.
Monitor labour attendance, safety, and productivity.
Well versed with local labour laws & compliances
Maintain quality standards of coffee products
Follow eco-friendly and sustainable farming methods.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of agriculture/plantation activities.
Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
Possess Degree in Agriculture/Plantation Management
Good management and leadership skills
Capable of working long hours during peak harvest season.
Cost Consciousness
Skilled in automating certain labour intensive processes
Good liaison with local and government authorities.
Over 10 years of estate management experience
