Sales - Diamond Jewellery

As a jewellery consultant at Sarvada Jewels, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the custom design process, assisting them in selecting diamonds/sapphires, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries that clients may have. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting incoming leads, understanding their requirements, and providing detailed estimates and information. - Responding promptly to clients via email, live chat, and telephone. - Assisting clients in placing orders and providing updates when necessary. - Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, proficiency in at least one other language (preferably Hindi). - Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the jewellery retail sector. - Knowledge of diamonds and sapphires is a plus but not mandatory. - Willingness to learn and engage with clients using a consultative approach. - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
