Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in SPRY, an organization aiming to democratize the accessibility and affordability of movement health through its full-stack digital health platform. As part of the team, you will be responsible for executing high-velocity outbound campaigns, generating qualified meetings, mastering objections, collaborating with the sales team, and helping build and refine outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt for Opportunities: Execute high-velocity outbound campaigns to healthcare decision-makers - Own the Pipeline: Generate qualified meetings that convert to revenue - Master Objections: Turn "not interested" into "tell me more" with your persuasive communication skills - Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve targets - Iterate & Improve: Help build and refine the outreach playbook as the company scales Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of US Outbound Experience with a proven track record of successful outbound prospecting to US markets - Excellent communication skills to write compelling emails, leave effective voicemails, and handle objections adeptly - Proficiency in using CRM systems and outreach tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesLoft, etc. - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation, excellent time management, and strong communication skills - Comfort with a startup mentality, embracing rapid change, wearing multiple hats, and contributing beyond the job description Company Details (if present): SPRY, founded in 2021 by Brijraj Bhuptani and Riyaz Rehman, is a full-stack digital health platform focused on providing an end-to-end patient and practice management SaaS platform for physical therapists.
