Role Description We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. This specialized role will focus on supporting our SEO initiatives through operational excellence, particularly in the areas of email automation, lead funnel optimization, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our SEO strategy and execution, ensuring that our lead generation efforts translate into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities 1.Lead Generation & Automation Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, webinars) to attract PT clinics and patients. Build, manage, and optimize lead generation workflows across email, landing pages, and forms. Implement lead nurturing sequences via HubSpot and Outplay to drive MQLs and SQLs. Set up and refine lead scoring models to ensure sales-ready handoffs. 2.Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp) to save time and boost efficiency. Manage marketing tech stack (CRM, email platforms, social media schedulers) to ensure seamless operations. Coordinate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with Sprypt’s goals (e.g., new feature launches). 3.Email & Engagement Marketing Own the end-to-end execution of drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers. Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement metrics. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content for performance optimization. 4. Tech Stack & AI Tools Manage integrations and workflows within HubSpot , Outplay , and connected tools. Evaluate and implement AI-based tools for content generation, campaign optimization, and task automation. Stay current on MarTech trends and proactively recommend process improvements. 5. Data & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Sprypt’s internal dashboards to optimize ROI. Monitor KPIs (e.g., clinic sign-ups, patient leads, cost-per-acquisition) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies. Maintain accurate marketing data (e.g., CRM lists, patient personas) to ensure targeted outreach. Skills Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns (e.g., A/B testing, ROI tracking, per). Creative flair for crafting quirky, engaging content (e.g., Reels, newsletters) that resonates with diverse audiences (clinics, PTs, patients). Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) Experience 2+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B/B2C tech.
