Job Description

Role Overview: At TE, you will have the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to contribute to creating a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and control all sales activities for a specific customer account in a particular region. Your main objective will be to maximize business opportunities and ensure TE's position for growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing the annual sales plan for dedicated key accounts, focusing on promoting products to OEMs in North India based on their specific needs, achieving billing targets, and increasing market share. - Analyzing customer and competitor information, studying market trends, preparing reports to enhance market share, and supporting the development of expansion plans. - Assisting in internal and external operational activities such as purchase order and quotation tracking, quality and delivery activities, and providing customer inquiry assistance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing customer accounts. - Good exposure to automotive OEMs/Tier-1s. - Exposure to the interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturers) is preferred. - Strong relationship management skills, effective collaboration abilities, and the capability to build networks. - Ability to promptly address customer needs. - Proficiency in sales forecasting tools, skills, and techniques; capable of estimating sales trends in the market.
