As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all sales activities for a specific customer account in a particular region. Your primary objective will be to maximize business opportunities and ensure that TE is in a prime position to grow and develop sales profitability. Your responsibilities will include implementing the annual sales plan on the dedicated key accounts, promoting products to OEMs in North India based on their needs, achieving billing targets, and increasing market share. You will also be analyzing customer and competitor information, studying market trends, preparing reports to increase market share, and supporting the development of expansion plans. Additionally, you will assist with internal and external operational activities like purchase order & quotation tracking, quality & delivery activities, and customer inquiry assistance. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience managing customer accounts and good exposure to automotive OEMs / Tier-1s. Exposure to the Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturers) is preferred. You should possess strong relationship management skills, effective collaboration abilities, and the capability to build networks. Addressing customer needs promptly and having good knowledge of sales forecasting tools, skills, and techniques are essential. You should also be able to estimate sales trends in the market effectively.
