Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at NiCE, you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners. Your role involves interacting with various individuals and businesses to create a positive initial impression for NiCE's customers through phone calls, chat, website, email, and social channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate new sales qualified leads for Corporate and Enterprise sales teams. - Provide immediate responses to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. - Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to identify new target accounts and utilize various techniques for prospecting. - Support marketing activities by generating interest for events, webinars, and promotions, ensuring good attendance, and converting marketing leads into sales qualified leads. **Qualifications Required:** - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex models in a clear and simplified manner. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 4+ years of sales experience. - Proficiency in prospecting and qualification techniques. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong understanding of sales and marketing environments. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business generation targets. - Experience working with CRM and prospecting tools. **Additional Details about NiCE:** Join NiCE, a global company known for disrupting the market and offering endless internal career opportunities.
