Job Description Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at ACESnWS, your primary responsibility will be to identify, generate, and qualify leads. You will engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and maintain communication to build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will assist the sales team with business development efforts and contribute to sales strategies by providing insights into market trends and client feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, generate, and qualify leads through Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales techniques - Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and build strong client relationships - Assist the sales team with business development efforts to achieve company goals - Contribute to sales strategies by providing insights into market trends and client feedback - Maintain communication with clients to nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities Qualifications: - Proven skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales to identify and convert prospects successfully - Excellent Communication abilities to foster strong client relationships and effectively present solutions - Experience in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales goals - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools is a plus - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and professionalism - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
