Sales Development Intern

As an SDR Intern at our company located in Kankarbagh, Patna, you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing qualified leads. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads. - Qualifying inbound leads through initial conversations and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. - Maintaining, updating, and tracking CRM data to ensure the accuracy of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. - Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and messaging strategies. - Achieving and exceeding assigned monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. - Researching target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion. - Providing timely follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects to build strong relationships. - Sharing feedback and insights from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. - Supporting the sales team in pipeline building, campaign execution, and reporting activities. Please note that this is an unpaid internship with a stipend of 10000/month for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of full-time conversion for top performers.
