Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am & Sat - 9pm to 2am

Work Mode - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Customer Success Specialist based in India. The candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospective clients, closing deals, and supporting the onboarding process. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, confidence in presenting software products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live product demos and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline.
Close deals and hand over clients to the implementation team smoothly.
Support onboarding and implementation to ensure a positive client experience.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and customer status.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve processes.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience in sales, customer success, software demos, or client onboarding.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and prioritize efficiently.
Preferably familiar with SaaS products or software solutions.
Willingness to work the night shift aligning with U.S. time zones.
