We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer success, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and customer success, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including negotiation, closing, and objection handling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
