Sales & Customer Relations Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Bausch + Lomb, a global eye health company committed to safeguarding and improving vision for individuals worldwide. With a diverse portfolio of over 400 products tailored to meet various eye health needs, the brand has earned the trust of customers over 170 years. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving targeted sales objectives within your assigned territory - Maintaining and increasing market share - Enhancing secondary and tertiary sales of Vision Care products - Expanding distribution channels by identifying new locations and outlets - Meeting monthly sales targets - Activating key accounts - Establishing efficient sales procedures - Executing merchandising standards and promotions - Developing action plans in collaboration with senior management - Driving product volumes - Implementing trade and consumer promotions - Monitoring competitive activities - Supervising direct reports - Managing sales volumes and budgets - Fostering relationships with distributors, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), retailers, and chemists Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree, with an MBA preferred - 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG and healthcare sectors Note: This position may be located within India, as defined by the business.
