Sales & Customer Relations Manager

You will be joining Bausch + Lomb, a global eye health company committed to safeguarding and improving vision for individuals worldwide. With a diverse portfolio of over 400 products tailored to meet various eye health needs, our brand has earned the trust of customers over 170 years. In your role as Sales and Customer Relations Manager, you will be tasked with achieving targeted sales objectives within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and increasing market share, enhancing secondary and tertiary sales of Vision Care products, and expanding distribution channels by identifying new locations and outlets. Key activities will involve meeting monthly sales targets, activating key accounts, establishing efficient sales procedures, executing merchandising standards and promotions, and developing action plans in collaboration with senior management. Additionally, driving product volumes, implementing trade and consumer promotions, and monitoring competitive activities will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for supervising direct reports, managing sales volumes and budgets, and fostering relationships with distributors, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), retailers, and chemists. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree, with an MBA preferred, and possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG and healthcare sectors.
