Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales cum Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior design sales or related industries (furniture, real estate, architecture, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
• Meet potential clients, understand their interior design requirements, and present design solutions along with quotations.
• Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other required documents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in interiors, real estate, or home improvement industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
