Job Description

Job Title:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that increase revenue and brand awareness
Manage the sales targets and goals
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify areas for growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations
Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and present findings to senior management
Manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology (B. Tech - Textile Technology)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the textile manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Strong business acumen and the ability to make sound business decisions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
Ability to travel as needed
