Sales Counselor

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Study Abroad Sales Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students and parents through the journey of exploring international education opportunities, while driving conversions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad options, programs, and universities across multiple destinations.
• Convert student leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents by understanding their needs and career goals.
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process: applications, documentation, visa guidance, and financial planning.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admissions targets.
• Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and destination requirements.
• Represent the company at seminars, fairs, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; background in counseling, sales, or education preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, sales, or education consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
