Key Responsibilities:
- Handle challenging client queries with patience & professionalism- Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue)- Conduct outbound calls & follow-ups to generate interest- Maintain accurate records & handle objections effectively- Stay updated on UPSC trends to better assist students
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service & sales skills- Excellent communication & problem-solving attitude- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field- Proficiency in CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.- Knowledge of UPSC CSE process (preferred)- Candidate must have own laptop
