Job Title: Sales Counselor - Banking Exams (Female Candidates Only) Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are hiring a Sales Counselor to promote our specialized banking exam courses (IBPS, SBI, RBI, etc.) and guide aspirants in achieving their career goals. This is an on-site role for candidates passionate about education and sales. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on banking exam courses, eligibility, and career opportunities . Convert inquiries into admissions through calls, emails, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Build relationships with students and provide post-admission support. Stay updated on banking exam patterns, competition, and trends . Requirements: 0-1 years in sales/counseling (EdTech or coaching preferred) . Knowledge of banking exams (IBPS, SBI, RBI) is a plus . Strong communication & convincing skills. Target-driven with a student-centric approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,062.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
