Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer information, sales data, and tracking in CRM systems.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, purchase orders, and invoices as required.
  
• Follow up with clients to track payments, deliveries, and order confirmations.
  
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and CRM platforms, ensuring quick and professional response.
  
• Maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and daily MIS updates.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and business reports.
  
• Support the sales team in lead generation, enquiry handling, and client follow-up.
  
• Maintain proper documentation for sales contracts, agreements, and pricing records.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service and communication.
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  

• 2-3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator.

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
