Job Description

For Sales Coordinator (Assisting sales)

  • Prepare and send pro-forma Invoice / quotations, Follow-up for Order confirmation, make Sales orders in ERP
  • Coordinate with internal and external sales team for stock enquiry, pricing, delivery time estimate, repeat orders, material/accounting related query resolutions, approvals for order processing
  • Execute assigned activities error-free and timely
  • Track purchase shipment and coordinate for timely delivery to clients

- Generating leads and responding to inquiries

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience

Personality Trait:

  • Solution centric thinking
  • Good Email writing, Interpersonal skills, team work

* ⁠Good Telephonic conversation skills, coordination over messages/message groups

  • Knowledge of Tally/erp

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
